About Our Shipping Methods


The same company that manufactures our shirts also ship them for us. This allows for minimal processing time when it comes to getting your sweet goods to your door in minimal time. No need to wait for a 3rd party shipping channel, no need to wait for a warehouse to receive anything. You order - we print and ship - you receive awesome "PRO" gaming merchandise. Period.

Note: For now, we are only offering Standard shipping.

To keep our costs as low as possible, we drop-ship every order. That means your shirt is printed as soon as the order is accepted and processed. The turnaround time is generally the next day (2-business days) on smaller orders, plus shipping time. On larger orders, production can take up to 7 business days. All orders will originate from our EU or USA depends or your location. 

Shipping Policies

Our estimated shipping delivery times for clothes:

  • USA: 5-­8 business days
  • EU: 5-­10 business days
  • Canada: 6­-12 business days
  • World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

    Shipping Timelines:

    Our printing company takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

    • Keep in mind that we don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

    Return Policy

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    Damaged items:

    The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!

    Wrong size:

    If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
    If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

    Order never arrived:

    If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
    First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

    If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at - make sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done. Remember that we focus on making sure that our PRO customers are happy and satisfied!
